I said sorry for the English because everyone speaks German in this forum and suddenly I start speaking English...  I honestly don't know what to expect for this league, because currently it is a dead league. Now, I am sure that maybe some players have ideas to boost the league and I have some ideas too. I would like that we could share to ourselves these ideas so we could possibly report them to the admins. I think if we want to revive this league, the core players, the admins and some normal players (who have been around for some time) should all sit down and make a serious discussion. I cannot see another way how to revive this league. We desperately need some work to do because if we continue like this, the league won't go far... |

Aber genau das sollte eine eigentlich tolle Webseite als erstes repräsentieren, nämlich neue User freundlich willkommen heißen und das mit einer netten und farbenfrohen Oberfläche. Das Beispiel einer Blobbyähnlichen Webseite macht es ja sehr erfolgreich vor, etliche Alt-Blobbyspieler sind dorthin abgewandert. Warum also nicht ein neues Konzept, vlt. auch mit dezenten und unaufdringlichen Werbeschriftzügen eingerahmt, kein animierter Mist natürlich. Auch wäre es nützlich, wenn nach jedem absolvierten Spiel eine Login-Popup zu dier Webseite eingeblendet würde, der natürlich nicht erscheint, wenn man sich zuvor hier eingeloggt hat. I don't know what you mean for the website, but what I believe is that one of the steps to attract players, is by changing the face of the website. I think the site looks a little bit outdated. I think it needs to change a bit. Becoming more modern. Like Mahmud has said, the website is not the first thing which has to change, because we have to focus more on new ideas and better advertisement.I the keys to revive this league are advertisement, modernisation and an agreed reform. Now one idea that I will share here is worth taking a chance but is maybe too complicated to try to do. I don't know if Daniel Knobe can still work on a new BV game, but I believe we have to tell him to make a final BV game (Which could be simply called Blobby Volley) and we should absolutely ask him if we could put the game on Steam. Steam has a huge community and if we can put the game on for free, coupled with some nice advertisement and refreshed website, I think it could maybe work. I have more ideas, but won't say them now because it will take too much space. Cheers. |
